C & C Civil is a company created as an expansion to Coburn Sand and Gravel. A company that was started by John Cockburn over 40 years ago. C & C Civil was created in 2022 by Connor Cockburn and partner Claire Watt. Connor and Claire are running the company today and aim to support Coburn Sand and Gravel in their expansion into the civil construction industry.
